We are now recruiting a full-time Sales Representative to join Klättermusen in Germany.
Since 1975, Klättermusen has been a pioneer in refined Scandinavian mountaineering equipment. Our products combine functionality and extreme durability with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Rigorously tested in real-world conditions, our equipment supports outdoor enthusiasts in the most demanding environments.
The main focus of the role is sales, customer relationship management, and wholesale support. This position plays a key role in developing and strengthening Klättermusen’s presence in Germany and will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe and the global sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop existing wholesale customers in Germany
* Identify and engage with new retail partners in the region
* Prepare and conduct sales presentations at trade fairs, in-house, and/or virtual sell-in meetings
* Plan and execute seasonal sales activities and strategies
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
* Provide high-level customer service and ongoing account support
* Weekly and monthly sales reporting
* Build strong product knowledge and represent the Klättermusen brand professionally
* Travel extensively within Germany to visit customers
The experience you’ll bring to the role
* Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within outdoor, sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands
* Strong understanding of wholesale sales and customer relationship management
* Passion for the outdoors and alignment with sustainability-driven brands
* Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently with strong structure and discipline
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
* Fluent or native German and English (both written and spoken)
