Your new job includes
As a Head of People Development (Corporate, Retail and Logistics) (m/f/d) you will be an important part of the People & Culture (P&C) team and will play a pivotal role in supporting our international organization.
In particular you will
* strategically structure, design and implement learning offerings by conducting regular learning needs analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual development requirements as well as learning effectiveness based on clear KPIs
* work in collaboration with Leaders and the People & Culture team to develop and build a culture of learning and sustained developmental growth
* spearhead the evaluation and cultivation of career trajectories for employees across departments be it at a Corporate, Retail or Logistics level
* pave the way for innovation in corporate learning methodologies, exploring cutting-edge approaches such as digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and on-the-job learning to enhance the overall learning experience and to further enable talent to grow and develop
* innovate, refine, and execute development programs, exemplified by initiatives to develop team members at all levels of their Leadership journey
* assume responsibility for the Impressive Employees Framework and Service & Leadership Commitment concept linked to our Mission Statement; overseeing the rollout and continuous refinement of the program based on business, customer and people needs
* offer hands on coaching to support Leaders and Teams in order to support organizational, business and people needs
* anticipate and eliminate future skills gaps by designing and implementing new strategies, methods and concepts to close gaps as well as build and retain talent
* ensure that we are compliant based on local and global regulations
Preferred Profile
* Successful completion of a University Degree with a focus on Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management or Organizational Development
* Demonstrated professional experience as a Facilitator, Coach, Consultant or Team Developer within the Retail, Hospitality or FMCG industries
* Certified in one or more personality and/or leadership assessment tools such as Insights Discovery Practitioner, MBTI, CPI, Hogan, or 360
* Extensive experience and proven ability to design, conceptualize and implement effective People Development strategies, methods and concepts with a clear focus on learning effectiveness and return on investment
* An independent self-starter with strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and competence in navigating complex and dynamic business environments
* Proven experience with utilizing digital solutions and artificial intelligence methods to create and implement learning solutions that are on trend and engaging
* Strategic and analytical thinker with a high aptitude to build, maintain and influence key stakeholders at all levels be it internally and externally
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for people and learning, showcasing a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous development and growth within the organization
* Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)
* Excellent relationship-building skills and a high degree of innovation
