Your tasks
8. Collaboration in digitization projects in the area of logistics & shipping, incl. analysis, structuring and optimization of existing processes
9. Identification and implementation of automation potential (e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx, UI Path)
10. Planning, prioritization and implementation of work packages using structured project management methods
11. Data retrieval and processing via interfaces (e.g. Snowflake) and subsequent data preparation and visualization in Power BI
12. Determination, analysis and documentation of process times (e.g. customs processes)
13. Creation and further development of a loading plan for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
14. Conception and maintenance of digital project solutions (SharePoint, Jira, Power Platform, collaboration platforms)
15. Creating management-oriented reports, presentations and dashboards for steering committees and senior stakeholders
Your profile
16. Successfully completed training in the IT sector or studies with a specialization in IT or similar
17. Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and modern collaboration tools
18. Basic knowledge of SAP (especially logistics/shipping) as well as experience in data retrieval and data processing via Snowflake
19. Practical experience in the use of automation and analysis tools: Alteryx (workflows, data preparation), SQL (simple to medium queries), ideally UI Path
20. Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), incl. basic understanding of data models, layouts, reports
21. Basic knowledge of logistics & shipping (shipping processes, delivery documents, master data, material/delivery structures)
22. Business fluent German required; good English skills
23. Home office may be possible in some cases
