Key Responsibilities
Own full release lifecycle: planning, coordination, execution, communication, and post‑release validation.
Orchestrate multi‑team, multi‑technology deployments.
Manage dependencies, risks, backend freezes, and data‑load constraints.
Monitor release KPIs, cycle times, and deployment irregularities.
Handle conflict resolution during release failures.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and OEM stakeholders.
Required Skills (MUST‑Have)
8+ years in release management or delivery coordination.
Strong CI/CD understanding (Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git‑based workflows.
Knowledge of cloud/on‑prem deployments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Ability to interpret release models, process flows, and deployment sequencing.
Excellent English communication, attention to detail, and cross‑team coordination.
Basic German business communication.
