As a Head of Marketing & Communications you will take overall responsibility for developing the marketing strategy (in alignment with sales & product) and rolling that out either through inhouse resources or through external marketing agencies. The Head of Marketing & Communications will be driving forward marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive leads and support different key functions within the organization.
Next to that the Head of Marketing & Communications will take ownership for our communications plan and work to drive brand relevance, consistency and engagement across all touchpoints. You will plan and execute a wide variety of internal and external communications activities, and work closely with different teams across the organization and external agencies.

Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across C-Suite, sales and product management to ensure there is buy in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
Support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
Utilise a variety of tactics – ABM, paid social, webinars and email marketing – to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
Oversee the execution of a variety of content marketing activities – thought leadership, blogs, ebooks, webinars and video – ensuring quality is high.
Oversee website maintenance and updates, ensuring content is optimised for SEO, and build our presence across different social channels
Track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution, web analytics, and pipeline growth
Developing materials and presentations to support sales.
Manage and report on the monthly marketing budget.
Senior Marketing & Communication Manager or Head of Marketing & Communication with 8-10 years of experience.
Demonstrable experience of building and executing marketing strategies that positively impact awareness and pipeline growth.
Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
Experienced in internal corporate communications and /or external communications, social / digital marketing, employee engagement
Experienced in leading projects from start to finish
A team player who is positive, hands on and collaborative.
