Responsibilities:
1. From idea to implementation: You plan, support, and evaluate new projects in the field of occupational health promotion – from workshops and lectures to creative health campaigns. You will contribute your own ideas and implement them together with the team.
2. Communicating health knowledge: You prepare psychological and health-promoting content in such a way that it is practical, understandable, and motivating for different target groups.
3. Creative communication: You develop appealing and effective measures to promote the occupational health management program – both digitally and in print.
4. Impulses for innovation: You research new and innovative approaches to continuously develop the occupational health management program.
5. Organizational support: You take on tasks such as participant registration and other administrative activities in the field of occupational medicine and health protection.
Qualifications:
6. You are studying in a field related to health promotion, occupational health management, or similar areas (e.g., health sciences, psychology)
7. You have theoretical knowledge and, ideally, initial practical experience in (occupational) health promotion and evaluation
8. You are interested in and ideally have knowledge of marketing and communication, especially in copywriting and modern content preparation
9. You are open to a diverse range of tasks and new challenges
10. You have good MS Office skills
11. You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
12. You present yourself in a friendly and confident manner and have strong communication skills
