Controller Position
We are seeking an experienced controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate cost and budget plans, as well as regular forecasts.
Duties
* Develop precise cost and budget projections in collaboration with the management team.
* Compile and analyze relevant data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Regularly review and evaluate product and project outcomes.
* Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Continuously improve our internal processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects.
Requirements
* A degree in business administration or a related field.
* Several years of experience in accounting and financial planning.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
* Analytical thinking, strong numeracy skills, and a solid understanding of business principles.
* Effective communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Methodical approach to work with attention to detail and consideration of overall context.
* Initiative, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
