Student trainee (m/f/d) in data analysis & process automation
Focus on ERP / Power BI / MS Teams - 10-20 hours / week
We are a small, medium-sized company without our own IT department. In our daily work, we generate a lot of data – especially in our ERP system and other software solutions. We want to better understand and analyze this data and use it to inform our decisions. This is where you come in. We aren't expecting ready-made IT concepts – the goal is to work together to develop meaningful analyses and workflows for our business processes that will simplify our daily work and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Your tasks
* Analysis and processing of data from our ERP system and other tools
* Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports (e.g., with Power BI or Excel)
* Support in structuring and improving our database
* Development and implementation of workflows in MS Teams (e.g. automations, notifications, simple processes)
* Identification of potential for digitalization and process optimization
* Close collaboration with management and specialist departments
That's what matters
* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
* Knowledge of data analysis and MS Office – especially Excel & Microsoft Teams
* Prior experience with Power BI / SQL databases and Power Automate is advantageous.
* Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and digital process improvements
* A structured, independent work style, and the ability to explain technical topics in an understandable way.
