About this position
What you'll do
* Report, analyze, forecast and plan the SG&A cost for the Henkel's global Adhesive Technologies business
* Identify cost optimization potiential and act as sparrings partner to the leadership teams of the respective units
* Be responsible to further develop the reporting and analysis tools for SG&A cost
* Corporate closely with all relevant stakeholders within the business unit, especially the Controlling team of the strategic business units and regions
* Lead and develop the structural cost controlling team
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree with focus on Finance/Controlling or equivalent
* 8+ years of relevant professional experience, first people leadership experience is a plus
* Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information
* Comprehensive understanding of business operations and the ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals
* Fluent English skills
