1. Lead price negotiations with international tour operator partners within your designated portfolio.
2. Calculate pricing for full-charter operations upon request.
3. Offer current and upcoming seasonal routes to partners.
4. Prepare and manage seasonal contracts, ensuring timely execution.
5. Draft and update Master Agreements and Charter Contracts, including all relevant
appendices.
6. Respond to partner requests such as route planning, cancellations, seat allocation updates, and pricing adjustments.
7. Act as the main liaison between tour operators and internal departments.
8. Improve the functionality of planning and sales systems by defining user specifications and submitting change requests
9. Serve as the key contact for system-related adjustments and user guidelines within the Tour Operator Relations team.
10. Organize and lead sales meetings to align with other departments in the Frankfurt Commercial office.
11. Represent SunExpress at travel fairs and partner presentations.
12. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

22. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably with interfaces to partner or account management. Experience in the travel, airline, or tourism industry is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
23. Proficiency in MS Office Applications, experience in airline or tour operator reservation systems of advantage.
24. Excellent knowledge of English and German, in verbal and written form (Turkish is an advantage)
