For our client, we are looking for an experienced CRM / Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) to play a key role in the migration from CRM Siebel to Salesforce.
The position combines functional and technical responsibilities, covering requirements management, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live support. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams is essential.
Responsibilities
1. Support the planning and execution of the migration from CRM Siebel to Salesforce
2. Analyse existing Siebel CRM processes, data models, and integrations
3. Elicit, analyse, and prioritize business and technical requirements (requirements engineering)
4. Design and define the migration strategy, including data mapping, interfaces, and process design
5. Perform and support data cleansing, data analysis, and data validation activities
6. Contribute to the development, analysis, and troubleshooting of CRM web services (SOAP / REST)
7. Support integration activities and interface testing across systems
8. Create, execute, and document system, integration, and user acceptance test cases
9. Identify issues during migration phases and perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
10. Work closely with the project team and actively prepare and facilitate workshops and reviews
11. Document results and present outcomes to stakeholders
12. Support go-live and hyper care, including incident handling and system stabilization
Requirements
13. Several years of experience in CRM environments, with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel and Salesforce
14. Proven experience in CRM migration projects, ideally Siebel → Salesforce
15. Strong background in requirements engineering, test management, and data analysis
16. Solid experience with CRM web services and integrations (REST / SOAP)
17. In-depth knowledge of CRM data structures, data cleansing, and migration execution
18. Strong analytical skills, structured working approach, and excellent communication abilities
19. Experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution within complex system landscapes
