Accounting Specialist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our organization. As an accounting specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
* Manage the general ledger, including account receivable, fixed assets, bank transactions, payroll posting, travel expense reports, and intercompany transactions.
* Monitor, reconcile, and analyze accounting records.
* Prepare Intrastat, ZM, and VAT declarations.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3-5 years of experience in external audit or within an accounting department, and excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (HGB/IFRS).
Fluency in German (C1 Level) and very good command of English (B2+ Level) are required. Additionally, proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting and financial systems are necessary.
