Position Overview: As a Help Desk Specialist, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries and technical issues related to media streaming services. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for media streaming services. Troubleshoot technical problems, account issues, and streaming queries effectively. Contribute feedback and ideas to improve customer service processes. Requirements Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
