Linde GmbH, Linde Engineering HR Manager (m/f/d) Dresden, Germany | req27832 What you will enjoy doing In this role you will partner with line managers on all strategic and operational HR matters Executing activities across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth and consistent processes You will manage the full recruitment process for the assigned business areas Advising managers and employees on all individual and collective labor law topics, providing clear and practical guidance You work closely with employee representatives and ensure the implementation of works council–related requirements You support managers and teams in their development, providing hans-on guidance during team building and growth phases Ensuring efficient HR processes and continuously improving workflows and standards You independently manager HR projects and take responsibility for special HR topics as needed Using HR systems and digital tools effectively to support daily work and enable data‑driven decisions You drive the rollout and adoption of digital HR tools and technologies in line with legal and compliance standards What makes you great Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR, a legal background or a comparable HR qualification You have several years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner You bring solid knowledge of labor law and works council topics, including experience collaborating with works councils Experience in chemical tariff regulations is beneficial You demonstrate high level of drive, resilience, and the ability to stay focused under pressure Excellent communication and advisory skills at all levels You work in a structured, results‑oriented, and self‑driven manner Your strong assertiveness combined with diplomacy round up your professional profile Strong digital competence / tech‑savvy mindset Very good command of English, both written and spoken You confidently use MS Office and SAP HR Why you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
