SOSi is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Junior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team supporting our government customer. This role primarily focuses on handling Tier 2 service desk tickets, providing in-depth technical support, and maintaining systems across a secure network environment. Provide Tier 2 support for escalated technical issues via service desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Document resolutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
• Adhere to ITIL processes and maintain compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Support infrastructure projects and system upgrades as needed.
Minimum 3 years of experience on an IT service desk with demonstrated escalation support.
• Associates degree in an IT-related field (or two years of IT experience in lieu of degree).
• Experience supporting DoD, especially Army environments.
