As Working Student – CRM Marketing (all genders), you will support us with the following tasks and responsibilities:
1. Create engaging newsletters that align with our brand voice and marketing goals
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing actions, timelines, and plans
3. Coordinate the timely scheduling and deployment of email campaigns
4. Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns
5. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns
6. Support with A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and layouts to optimize performance
7. Ensure emails render correctly across various devices and email clients with the help of testing tools
8. Monitor email delivery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during deployment
9. Help with keeping the CRM-Customer Database up to da
10. Fluent English language skills
11. Being an active/enrolled student with a university or university of applied sciences for at least 12 more months
12. Proficient user of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point) or similar software and former experience with Jira and Miro are a plus
13. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
14. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
15. Capability to think out of the box, share new ideas and manage an own project
16. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
