Our client is an innovative speciality pharmaceutical company in the Munich metropolitan area with development and products in the field of value-added medicine. We are looking for a Chief Science Officer (f/m/x) to expand the management team.
Your responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for product development across the entire life cycle – from product concept to preclinical/clinical development to approval and lifecycle management
* Structuring and expansion of the R&D department with the aim of increasing the number of R&D development projects
* Further development of current technology and identification and evaluation of new technologies
* Establishment and further development of a strategically relevant IP portfolio
Your profile:
* University degree with a doctorate in medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences or similar qualification
* Many years of leadership and management experience in the development of biosimilars or drug-device products for international markets (EU, USA)
* In-depth knowledge of process development and CMC topics
* Sound German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
