Project Manager / Sub-Project Manager Telecom (m/f/d) - National Constellation
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Build, manage, develop, and provide functional leadership to the project team to ensure appropriate team performance
2. Organise and conduct regular project meetings
3. Act as the main interface and responsible point of contact towards the Program Manager, customers, and suppliers
4. Provide regular reporting on the status of the project / sub-project to all relevant stakeholders
5. Monitor and control the technical progress, schedule, costs, and quality of the project
6. Take responsibility for accurate and timely resource planning for the project in close cooperation with the Project Manager, department and team managers, and the HR Business Partner
7. Define the project / sub-project schedule and define as well as implement the budget allocation for the project / sub-project
8. Implement the OHB risk management process within the project and carry out regular risk assessments within the project team, including the implementation of risk mitigation measures
9. Define and prepare work orders for the operational areas
10. Support the project team with operational tasks when required
Ihre Qualifikationen
11. Completed university degree in a relevant engineering discipline ( Aerospace Engineering) or a comparable qualification
12. Several years of experience as a Project Manager / Sub-Project Manager (m/f/d) in another company, or several years of
13. professional experience in a technically related position within space projects
14. High level of communication and leadership skills combined with assertiveness
15. Strong sense of responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset
16. Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility, strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and an effective as well as independent working style
17. Team spirit, flexibility, commitment, and resilience complete your profile
18. Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
19. Relevant knowledge of standard MS Office applications and project management tools (MS Project, Planisware)
20. Willingness to travel is required
21. Project management certification is an advantage ( IPMA)
