Quality Engineer Your tasks: • Optimization of process flows and manufacturing processes • Planning and implementation of internal audits and supplier audits • Preparation and support of auditors during external audits • Quality planning with the creation of test plans and quality charts • Operation of test and inspection stands • Independent processing and handling of complaints and creation of 8D reports • Creation of evaluations and investigation reports • Collaboration in the optimization of the integrated MM system (ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO5000) • Collaboration in the development of new products and processes • Processing of inquiries regarding quality, environmental, and sustainability issues • Representation of the quality manager Your profile: • Engineering degree • Relevant professional experience in the field of QA/QM in a metalworking company • Experience with the environment of mass production of metal components • Extensive knowledge of the processes involved in the heat treatment of steel components • Good knowledge of the ISO 9000/ISO 14001/ISO 50001 series of standards • Very good problem-solving skills • Good written and spoken English • Sound knowledge of SAP is an advantage, confident use of MS Office • High level of commitment, flexibility, and ability to work in a team About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
