Your Tasks
1. Responsibility for planning, executing and documenting static and dynamic component tests.
2. Coordination and integration of technical content within the engineering teams and coordination with quality assurance and occupational safety.
3. Execution of cryogenic component tests at the MT Aerospace site in Augsburg or at external partners and establishment of an appropriate test environment.
4. Further development of the existing test portfolio for cryogenic component tests
5. Independent preparation of calculations and quotations for component tests
6. Detailed planning of test activities, both internal and external
7. Creation of test plans and test procedures
8. Reporting to project managers, supervisors and customers (documentation & presentation)
Your Qualifications
9. Completed degree as Dipl.-Ing. (TU/FH) or Master's degree in measurement technology/sensor technology, physics, mechanical engineering or similar
10. At least 5 years of professional experience in test engineering or test execution of complex component tests
11. Experience in handling cryogenic media in test environments (liquid and gaseous) desirable
12. Experience with non-inert media in test environments desirable
13. Good knowledge of theoretical and practical measurement technology and vacuum technology as well as thermodynamic and mechanical component behaviour
14. Experience in automated measurement data evaluation
15. Programming experience ( Python, VBA) desirable
16. Ability to moderate and work in a team in cooperation with internal and external customers
17. Very good written and spoken English skills
18. Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
