Location: Munich/Hybrid or remote within Germany
Team: Performance Marketing
Start date: As soon as possible
We’re everdrop – a fast-growing D2C brand on a mission to change the world of household and personal care. We’re looking for a performance-driven and highly analytical Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager to take ownership of our META ad account and drive international growth.


As our Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager, you will:

Fully own our META ad accounts across countries: setup, structure, targeting, optimization
Plan and execute campaigns that deliver growth and new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and more
Drive funnel analysis, A/B tests, and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion, and spreadsheets
Define bundles, test strategies, and platform setups aligned with product launches and business goals
Lead the paid social OKRs and coordinate performance efforts across markets
Prepare and align budgets and strategic decisions directly with the Director of Performance Marketing

minimum 3 years of hands-on META performance marketing experience for D2C companies on a relevant scale
Strong analytical skills — you know your way around Tableau, GA4, Excel/Sheets, pivot tables, and attribution logic
Strategic thinker with a business mindset — you can connect ads with margin, CAC, and revenue
Up to date on META best practices, platform trends, and ad formats
Bonus: Experience running ads on TikTok or Pinterest
Fluent in English (German, French, or Italian is a plus)
