This is a full-time position.

Overview of tasks:
* Back-office support only
* Taking over general administrative tasks
* Provide online support for specific cases
* Achieving and ensuring quality standards
We are looking for:
* Fluent in Bulgarian (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 of English
* Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
* Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training
* Affinity with back office services
* Reliable and efficient way of working
* Goal-oriented approach to work
