You support system definition in collaboration with engineering leads, promoting cross-product reuse where possible
You partner closely with the Global System Architecture Manager and other Systems Engineering roles to align processes
You monitor compliance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and automation of requirements processes
5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on requirements engineering and management (automotive or agricultural sector preferred)
~ Proven expertise in formal requirements management and system architecture
~ Demonstrated ability to improve and scale processes using Agile, Lean, and modern automation technologies
~ Broad interdisciplinary knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering domains
~ Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally
