Role Overview
The Assistant Property Manager is a key member of the Operation Team, responsible for
providing leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of large-scale datacenters
coordinating and implementing vendor and contract management for datacenters across our
portfolio. This role ensures the highest levels of reliability, availability, and efficiency in our
mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendors Management,
• Identify, evaluate, and select local vendors for maintenance, security, cleaning, HVAC, power,
and other datacenters-related services.
• Negotiate contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in alignment with corporate
policies.
• Ensure vendors comply with requirements for regulatory compliance, safety, and
sustainability.
• Serve as the point of contact for our facilities and related activities within EMEA datacenters.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding processes and ensure integration with internal systems.
• Monitor vendor performance and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Project Management
• Access Management
• Support datacenter expansion or retrofit projects, ensuring local vendors are prepared and
sourcing new vendors to meet (CHQ) requirements.
• Manage timelines and budgets related to service procurement.
Required Skills & Experience
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in facilities management, preferably in a datacenter environment.
• Proven experience in vendor and contract management.
• Technical Knowledge: Critical infrastructure (HVAC, electrical systems, physical security).
• Experience in Datacenter infrastructure and management systems.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel
• Proficient in English and German; French language skills are highly valued
• Availability for travel up to 50% within the European region.
