&##Your role as an Engineering Manager
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and empowering a team of engineers. You’ll work closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer in a product trio, balancing technical ambition with pragmatic delivery.
Leading an international, partially remote team through coaching, feedback, and career development.
Driving engineering excellence by setting quality standards, guiding architectural decisions, and managing technical debt.
Managing talent: supporting growth, addressing underperformance, and leading inclusive, fair hiring processes.
Strong background as a software engineer (preferably full stack) with credibility in architecture, quality, and reliability discussions.
~2+ years of experience in a management role and 5+ years in software engineering.
~ Proven track record in leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
~ Collaborative mindset: comfortable working in a product trio with Product Manager and Product Designer.
~ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Hands-on coding ability when needed (e.g., Experience with remote and diverse teams.
Fintech or accounting domain knowledge.
