Your Tasks
1. Strategic Accountability: Take full ownership of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Act as a bridge between business operations and technology teams to drive transformation
2. Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of large-scale programs, ensuring efficient execution and effective use of resources
3. Stakeholder Management: Lead and influence stakeholders at the senior executive level (C-suite, senior management), ensuring that business needs are met, and executives are well-informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle
4. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that the right resources are in place and collaborating effectively to meet strategic goals
5. Change Management: Guide the organization through changes brought on by the program, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of stakeholder buy-in
6. Program Coordination: Ensure that all projects within the program are aligned with overall business objectives, managing dependencies and driving timely decision-making
7. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Regularly monitor key program milestones, financial performance, and KPIs, providing transparent reporting to senior management and key stakeholders
8. Risk Management: Proactively identify program risks related to scope, timelines, budget, and external factors. Implement mitigation strategies and manage escalation channels
9. Governance: Facilitate monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, where program progress, risks, and outcomes are reviewed with top management
Your Profile
10. Deep expertise in program management across business-focused environments, with substantial experience managing large, complex programs that align with strategic business objectives
11. Deep SAP knowledge applied to business integration, process optimization, and program delivery (including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Concur, and BTP), with afocus on enabling business outcomes rather than technical implementation.
12. Strong background in consultancy or strategic project management, with a focus on guiding organizations through transformational change
13. Proven experience managing relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders, with the ability to influence decision-making and communicate complex ideas effectively
14. Demonstrated success in change management, ensuring that large-scale initiatives align with organizational goals and achieve buy-in from all key stakeholders
15. Extensive experience in risk management, especially related to large-scale, business-critical programs
16. Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies and an understanding of digital transformation
17. Background in industries that require strategic program management and transformation (., retail, manufacturing, technology, or consulting)
