Responsibilities
1. Application monitoring of critical services to ensure correct commercial and regulatory reporting
2. Proactive identification of system issues via current monitoring tools
3. Bug review and remediation if impacting system behavior
4. Bi-weekly reporting of bugs and resolutions
5. Response time and ticket resolution for end-user reported bugs (only if confirmed as bugs)
6. No new features, only support
7. Initially focused on 2nd level support (1st level handled internally by the client)
8. Possibility to run product enhancements if agreed and budgeted separately
Profile
9. Experience in Backend / Frontend
10. Knowlege in .NET 6 & .NET 8 (C#), REST API, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Background jobs (Hangfire)
11. Knowlege in React, TypeScript
12. Experience Infrastructure, Azure, Helm, Kubernetes
