🌱 Customer Success & Growth Manager
I’m working with a fast-growing climate tech startup accelerating the renewable energy transition. They’re hiring their first Customer Success & Growth Manager, offering full ownership of the customer experience and the opportunity to build this function from the ground up.
🤝 What You’ll Do
* Take end-to-end ownership of customer relationships across the full lifecycle
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing support and incoming enquiries
* Lead onboarding, update and feedback calls, including product demos
* Collect, analyse and drive customer feedback into product and business improvements
* Build and maintain a scalable product knowledge hub (FAQs, tutorials, videos)
* Develop processes and tools to automate and improve customer care
* Support growth and marketing activities such as blog content, LinkedIn, webinars and events
🧠 What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Product (ideally SaaS or startup)
* Comfortable being a first hire and shaping processes from scratch
* Strong customer focus with a hands-on, proactive mindset
* Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Jira)
* Interest in climate tech / energy
* C1/ C2 German Required
