Mentor others on structured improvement methods and help embed excellence into daily operations by training process managers in the use of Lean Six Sigma frameworks. Team up with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT to streamline and standardize processes, driving scalable, future‑ready solutions. Build resilient processes that run smoothly and smartly by implementing real‑time monitoring, alerting systems, and strong incident & problem management frameworks. Spearhead Process Intelligence initiatives—from discovery to modeling to rollout—always focused on delivering measurable impact and clear ROI. Requirements Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong track record of leading complex projects and delivering cost and time savings. Several years of process and/or operations excellence experience in an international environment. Deep understanding of AI and automation capabilities in operations, including discovery and business‑requirement definition to identify and scope high‑value transformation opportunities. Skilled in stakeholder facilitation, data‑driven storytelling, and value‑based prioritization. Track record working at the interface of operations, IT, and data science. Fluent in English (written & spoken). Proficiency in German highly preferred. Preferred Advanced hands‑on expertise in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio).
