Job Role
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the team, managing schedules, travel arrangements and meetings. They draft, proofread and format documents, presentations and correspondence in English and French.
Responsibilities include maintaining office management, coordinating vendors, supplies and events. A professional with strong organisational skills and discretion is preferred.
Key qualifications include a minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive or Office Assistant in a corporate or financial environment in Luxembourg.
Fluency in English and French is required, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
