We are actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Inside Sales Coordinator EMEA for our office in Weiterstadt/Germany.
This role is responsible for handling all aspects of commercial customer support including communications between customers, our TMC sales and service department and the production in the U.S.A. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently, hold strong customer support values, and think critically to resolve any type of commercial issues.

Our product lines enable cutting edge research at major research centers globally including OEM and end-user semiconductor manufacturers, university research laboratories, life science companies, and nanotechnology labs.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Business unit-specific processing of customer orders (obtaining end-use declarations, check customer orders and have them changed if necessary, article creation and approval, clarifying commercial queries, handling the drawing approval process, etc.)
2. Delivery time inquiries: Communication with customers and production in the U.S.A. for deliveries with high urgency/priority.
3. Tracking of ongoing orders, informing customers about delivery date changes.
4. Organizing local freight forwarding, delivery and installation at customer sites, and local shipping of small parts/spare parts.
5. Commercial processing of customer complaints.
6. Clarifying overdue invoices with customers and informing accounting.
7. Organizing field service activities in collaboration with the European service engineer.
Position Requirements:
8. Ideally, a recognised commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (German: Industriekauffrau /-mann, Kauffrau /-mann im Groß- und Außenhandel) or similar.
9. 3-5 Years of experience in related field.
10. Familiarity with Office-Software such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP as well as SalesForce CRM.
11. Ability to work independently and be flexible regarding customer requirements.
12. The ability to perform under critical deadlines and time constraints.
13. Self-motivated and an effective team player.
14. Effective communication skills, both orally and written, in German and English.
