The primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in Germany
Outlining and executing system specifications, overseeing interface functionalities, and transferring data into SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Train key company users with our train-the-trainer method using the Digital Adoption Tool
A minimum of 2 Years working hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors
Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Time Tracking, with certifications in one or more SuccessFactors modules highly preferred.
SAP HCM system knowledge (Desirable)
Having expertise in human resources processes and experience in deploying HR IT solutions, such as spearheading the rollout of SuccessFactors Employee Central in global organizations (beneficial)
Experience in international projects and teams, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
German & English Language Skills to a Professional Level
Compensation: up to 85,000 Euro Per Annum + Great Benefits.
