Overview ServiceNow Solution & Pre-Sales Lead (m/f/d) Location: Remote (must be based in Germany) Travel: Occasional client and internal travel Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are supporting a growing organisation in their search for a ServiceNow Solution & Pre-Sales Lead to play a key role in driving sales success and shaping ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, and driving growth of the ServiceNow practice. This is a senior, customer-facing role combining functional ServiceNow expertise with pre-sales leadership, working closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design compelling solutions and win new business. Key Responsibilities Lead ServiceNow pre-sales and solution design activities across new and existing clients Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions Own and drive RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution presentations Lead and participate in client meetings, workshops, and demos Collaborate closely with sales teams to support pipeline development and deal closure Define solution architectures, scopes, and high-level estimates aligned to customer needs Stay current with the ServiceNow platform, roadmap, and best practices Support internal teams with knowledge sharing and solution standardisation Required Experience & Skills Strong functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or similar modules) Proven experience in a ServiceNow pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture role Track record of supporting or leading sales cycles, including RFPs and customer presentations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, value-driven solutions Comfortable working remotely while engaging with clients across Germany Please click below to apply and find out more! #J-18808-Ljbffr
