We're building the future of connectivity and immersive experiences, and we're looking for a visionary leader to drive our global commercial success.About The RoleWe are seeking an exceptionally driven and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive leadership team. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and executing the comprehensive global commercial strategy, encompassing sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. The CCO will be instrumental in scaling our market presence, fostering a high-performance commercial organization, and accelerating sustainable revenue growth across our key verticals and international territories. As a core member of the executive team, you'll play a direct role in shaping the company's trajectory and achieving our ambitious growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and relentlessly execute a comprehensive global commercial strategy, integrating sales, marketing, and business development to align with aggressive growth targets and market leadership aspirations.Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class international commercial organization, including direct sales teams, regional leadership, and strategic channel partners, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Identify, secure, and cultivate strategic enterprise clients and high-impact channel partnerships across our target verticals (Telecommunications, Space and Satellite, Radar, AR/VR) and emerging geographies.Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across all commercial functions, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize processes, and enhance commercial effectiveness.Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy, robust product-market fit, and superior customer experience.Lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder strategic deals, demonstrating exceptional negotiation prowess from initial pipeline development through contract finalization.Act as a primary external face of the company, representing our vision and capabilities at major international industry events, conferences, and high-level client and partner meetings.Drive market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and maintain our competitive edge.Ideal Candidate Profile10+ years of progressive leadership experience in international B2B commercial roles within the semiconductor industry, with a significant portion in executive or C-level positions.Demonstrated track record of building, scaling, and transforming global sales and commercial organizations within high-growth technology companies.Exceptional strategic acumen and deal-making capabilities, with proven success in closing multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and strategic partners.Profound understanding of the Telecommunications, Space and Satellite, Radar, and AR/VR markets, including key players, technology trends, and commercial dynamics.Strong analytical mindset with a deep comfort for leveraging data and metrics to drive commercial strategy and operational excellence.Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.Willingness to travel internationally up to 30-40% to engage with global teams, partners, and clients.What We OfferHighly competitive executive compensation package (base salary + performance bonus + significant equity/option plan) reflecting the critical impact of this role.A remote-first culture that fosters global collaboration and empowers flexibility.The unparalleled opportunity to shape the commercial future of a rapidly scaling and disruptive semiconductor startup.Impact-driven work engaging with top-tier clients and pushing the boundaries of cutting-edge technology.This role offers an exciting opportunity to define and drive the commercial success of a groundbreaking semiconductor startup.Interested?For questions contact Anton van Rossum at +31-6-53-306-309 or anton.van.rossum@ir-search.nl.Are you ready to lead our growth story? #J-18808-Ljbffr
