We are looking for our new Head of Region Southeast Europe - Corn & Sunflower (m/f/d )at KWS SAAT SE & CO. As the designated Head of Region (m/f/d), you will act as the key liaison between the regional commercial team and the country, managing cross-crop and administrative matters.
This position is permanent and offered on a full-time basis. The place of work is at the headquarters in Einbeck, Lower Saxony, with the option for remote work and regular presence at the headquarters required.
Steer the portfolio lifecycle with Portfolio & Product Management by integrating country-specific know-how and aligning the market needs to breeding goals.
Collaborate closely within the Regional Commercial Team, Head of Regions Sugarbeet and Cereals, maintaining focus on your BU crops while also considering overall targets for the countries and the region to drive collective growth.
Take ownership and responsibility as the Head of Region, acting as the liaison between the Regional Commercial Team and specific countries of the region, for overseeing cross-crop and administrative activities.
Extensive experience in relevant roles, displaying international leadership experience and understanding of agricultural and business management.
Excellent command of English, additional language skills are an asset.
Experience in international change procedures incl. International sales experience paired with the ability to drive sales results.
