* Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns to drive conversions and meet KPIs like CPA and ROAS.
* Develop precise audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
* Set up and maintain tracking systems for accurate campaign performance monitoring.
* Analyze real-time data to optimize campaigns and improve results continuously.
* Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-compliant ads.
* Provide clear reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
* Monitor social media advertising tools across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.

What you’ll need:
* Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused paid social media campaigns, ideally within a performance marketing agency.
* Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of social media tracking technologies, including conversion APIs, tracking pixels, and data-driven campaign optimization.
* Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing campaign data and generating insights to drive improvements in key performance metrics.
* Creativity and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content and adapt strategies based on performance data.
* Languages: Fluency in English or German
