Responsibilities In close collaboration with and reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs for DACH, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with key medical experts in Southern Germany and Austria. You’ll work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to lead scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and deliver educational programs and training. As the primary medical point of contact, you will leverage your scientific expertise to strengthen collaboration with the Key Account Management team and drive impactful customer engagement. Key Activities Building and maintaining strong peer‑to‑peer relationships with KOLs. Leading scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, addressing their inquiries, sharing relevant literature, and increasing product awareness. Gathering valuable medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics. Developing and delivering comprehensive product education and medical‑scientific information. Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in identifying and engaging influential experts in the field, and supporting clinical trials while ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science in the aesthetics or dermatology field. Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs. Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field‑based role, effectively collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations. Strong knowledge of clinical development processes. Fluency in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills. Other Information This is a field‑based role, requiring a willingness to travel nationally up to 75% of the time. Travel commitments will include participation in international Medical Affairs meetings, team meetings, and other group gatherings, attendance at both national and international congresses (some of these events will take place on weekends).
