With nearly 7,000 employees worldwide, we foster growth, learning, and impact through diverse perspectives.**Role Overview**The Solutions Consulting Director leads the regional Solutions Consulting (SC) organization, focusing on Electronics & High Tech (EHT) and MedTech verticals. This senior leadership role drives strategy, performance, and team development while ensuring PTC solutions are positioned and delivered effectively throughout the presales cycle.**Key Responsibilities*** **Leadership & Talent**: Build and develop a high-performing SC team, define structure, set objectives, and promote diversity, inclusion, and career growth.* **Strategy & Planning**: Align SC strategy with Sales and Corporate priorities; manage coverage, capacity, and resource allocation for maximum impact.* **Presales Excellence**: Establish standards for discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts; partner with Sales on strategic accounts; drive ARR growth and win rates.* **Vertical Expertise**: Provide thought leadership for EHT and MedTech; ensure compliance readiness and enablement for complex global environments.* **Collaboration & Feedback**: Work cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Services, and Marketing; deliver market insights to influence product roadmaps.* **Governance & Reporting**: Implement processes, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for scalability and efficiency.**Preferred Qualifications*** 10+ years in enterprise software, with significant Solutions Consulting experience* Proven track record of leading regional/multi-country presales organizations* Familiarity with PTC or similar solutions (CAD, PLM, ALM, SLM, ERP/MES)* Deep expertise in EHT and/or MedTech* Success in driving ARR growth and strategic programs* Excellent communication and executive presentation skills* Experience in global, matrixed organizations**Basic Qualifications*** Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field* Extensive experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales for enterprise software* Proven leadership managing managers and large teams* Strong understanding of industrial product development and manufacturing processes* Regional travel as required**What We Offer*** High-impact leadership role shaping SC strategy in a key region* Influence go-to-market in strategic verticals and work with leading customers* Dynamic environment with cutting-edge technologies (CAD, PLM, IoT, AR)* Executive-level development, mentorship, and learning opportunities#LI-PD1Life at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
