Your Responsibilities
1. You perform the software engineer tasks with great attention to quality, and support other engineers in your team to do the same.
2. You assume end to end ownership on the team projects' delivery.
3. You do strong code reviews, ensuring not only best practices and business rules, but also performance, security, and always with respectful and constructive communication.
4. You work within your team to negotiate and document standards and practices in software development.
5. You contribute to high level solution designs when possible.
6. You actively manage the technical documentation in your team.
7. You actively manage the technical debt in your team.
Your Profile
8. You have a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
9. You have at least +5 years of experience in javascript for backend (NodeJS or python) and Java is a huge plus.
10. Experience in developing AWS lambda .
11. You know how to manage software projects to a successful delivery in a collaborative fashion.
12. You have up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle in a Java-technology landscape.
13. You are comfortable with open code and architecture discussions.
14. You bring experience with AWS Services, K8S, Kafka, Springboot, SQL and NoSQL.
15. Fluency in English.
