Senior Trade Show & Events Specialist (m/f/d) We’re looking for a new member to lead Trade Shows and Events for our three B2B flavour brands at Arethia. Based in Dubai, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues in Germany, Switzerland, UAE, and Indonesia. You'll observe market trends, create quarterly 'discovery days' to present innovations, and creatively shape our trade fair presence as the brands evolve. Your Mission Book, plan, and execute 4+ trade shows from start to finish each year. Liaise closely with suppliers and negotiate prices, ensuring quality execution. Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure on‑brand execution of all touchpoints. Plan and execute pre‑show marketing activities and conduct post‑show analysis. Build strong relationships with Sales teams to align shows with customer needs. Stay immersed in flavour industry trends to provide input for quarterly 'discovery days' and the annual trend report. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in Trade show and Event management. Business‑level communication skills in English. Readiness to travel to the EU/US regions for events/trade shows on short notice. Preferred Qualifications Confident in Project Management, maintaining event timelines and schedules with effective stakeholder communication. Capable of coordinating vendors, suppliers, and contractors, handling on‑site event management and troubleshooting. Experienced in health and safety compliance, overseeing setup and teardown of event spaces. Skilled in monitoring industry trends and competitor activities via trade fair attendance and desk research. Collaborative mindset fostering positive relationships with Sales & Marketing teams across global offices. Willingness to support occasional ad‑hoc marketing coordination tasks that require a presence in Dubai. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
