What You’ll Do
* Prepare and finalise annual financial statements for a diverse client portfolio
* Manage direct client communication, you’ll be the trusted financial voice behind the brand
* Handle bookkeeping and tax declarations with meticulous attention
* Support monthly and quarterly closings and ensure compliance under HGB
* Partner closely with office management and payroll teams
* Keep deadlines sharp, files clean, and workflows calm
What You Bring
* Completed training as a Tax Clerk or Certified Accountant
* 3+ years’ experience in accounting, ideally within a tax office or consultancy
* Proficiency with DATEV or Agenda software
* Strong German (B2+) and good English (B2)
* A structured, reliable, and independent work style
Bonus points for:
* Russian language skills
* Experience with international clients
* Year-end closing expertise
