IT des Bezirks Oberbayern GmbH (ITBO), based in Haar near Munich, plays a key role in the digital transformation of over 65 institutions in the district of Upper Bavaria. As a reliable partner, the company with around 100 employees supports a large number of users in the areas of health, social services and administration. As Team Leader Solutions Education, you will support us
* in the professional and disciplinary management of two teams with seven employees
* defining targets, schedules, resources and budgets together with the division manager
* in the planning and management of IT projects
* in the stable operation of our IT infrastructure
* in the management of external service providers and
* in ensuring good service quality
We would like you to
* Completed training as an IT specialist - specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification
* Experience in the technical and disciplinary management of teams
* A good understanding of IT system landscapes
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration
* Good knowledge in the administration of Windows servers
* A strong hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
Advantageous are
* Knowledge of telephone systems and video conferencing systems
* Knowledge in the field of web solutions (TYPO3, PHP)
