As a Senior Business Analyst, you dive deep into the operational realities of global automotive and leasing companies to uncover their true needs. You don't just document requirements; you challenge the status quo and design efficient, future-proof business processes. In this pivotal role at a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a trusted advisor to our clients and a mentor to your team, ensuring that our solutions deliver real commercial value.
Your responsibilities will include:
* You lead high-level workshops with client stakeholders to dissect their business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
* You translate complex business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications for our development and implementation teams
* You perform gap analyses to determine the best way to map client needs onto our standard software solution
* You advise clients on industry best practices and guide them towards standard‑compliant, efficient workflows
* You act as a mentor for junior analysts, sharing your domain knowledge and helping them grow in their roles
* You collaborate closely with product management to ensure that market trends and client feedback flow back into the development of Miles
Your skills and interests:
* You have gained extensive experience in business analysis, process consulting, or a similar role within the IT or finance sector
* You possess deep domain knowledge in automotive finance, leasing, fleet management, or banking
* You enjoy digging into complex logical problems and have a talent for structuring unstructured information
* You are a strong communicator who can speak the language of both business executives and software developers
* You have experience in modeling business processes (e.g., BPMN) and writing precise functional designs
