Explore new business opportunities, establish and maintain key customer relationships, and continuously expand market/channel share. Build and manage local cross‑functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, retail, operations), set team performance goals, oversee execution, and drive the achievement of overall regional OKRs. Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams in supply chain, finance, legal affairs, and human resources to ensure efficient daily operations, including budget formulation, forecast analysis, compliance implementation, and regular reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in German and English as a working language; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and other European languages is a plus. 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and expansion in consumer electronics, home appliances, etc., with familiarity in channels, foreign trade, and ability to manage omni‑channel business operations.
