WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We will soon be founding a separate company in our Agricultural Solutions division, which would then also employ our employees on a permanent basis. To bridge the gap, you will be employed by BASF SE on a temporary basis with the simultaneous binding promise of permanent employment in the new company.
In our Global Communications team, we nurture and protect the brand and reputation of BASF Agricultural Solutions and communicate the planned partial IPO of our division. Join us to be a part of our IPO Communications project team
* In your new position, you develop and implement a global media relations strategy tailored to a publicly listed company.
* Together with your colleagues and other expert units, you take ownership of IPO-related external communications across channels such as news releases, events, executive positioning, and owned online platforms.
* Your expertise is asked for building and maintaining strong relationships with key business and financial media outlets and journalists globally.
* Additionally, you manage leak strategies and handle IPO-related issue management.
* Last but not least, you monitor IPO-related media coverage and public sentiment to anticipate reputational risks and identify positioning opportunities.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* degree in communication studies, marketing, business administration or a related field
* minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communications, ideally in capital markets or IPO-related projects
* expert knowledge in PR and media work, crisis communication, and capital market topics
* strong presentation and media appearance skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset and excellent communication abilities
* fluent English skills (expert level), German skills are considered as a plus, and confident use of MS Word and other web-based office applications
