About the role As a Mid‑Market Account Executive (DACH), you will drive sales of Cast AI’s cloud SaaS solutions in the Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, and DevOps space. You will be a goal‑oriented, people‑focused professional who excels in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and closing deals. Requirements Based in Germany Native or fluent German speaker Proven experience in opportunity assessment, value discovery, value demonstration, and value delivery 2+ years as an Account Executive 2+ years working with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC Strong ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing with a commitment to long‑term customer satisfaction Outbound obsession Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud sales lifecycle, and cloud market is a significant plus Responsibilities Conduct opportunity assessments to identify viable leads Engage in value discovery to align solutions with client needs Demonstrate the unique value of our offerings effectively Ensure value delivery through meticulous implementation and results measurement What’s in it for you?
