Job Description:
* Oversee and provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Intermediate Care Station.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient.
* Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, educational programs, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and promote professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Successfully completed education as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger or Pflegefachkraft with a focus on Intensivpflege and Anästhesie preferred but not required.
* Previous experience in intensive care nursing desirable but not necessary.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills essential for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
* Flexibility to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
