Global Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Next Generation Product department in Luxembourg. As a Global Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing brand portfolios, developing marketing and sales plans based on data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management and/or trade marketing of fast-moving consumer goods and mass consumption products. They should possess strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design strategic interventions on brand portfolio, marketing and sales plans based on data analysis.
* Demonstrate consumer & shopper understanding, gathering insights from key stakeholders and developing plans to meet identified needs.
* Create compelling brand materials and leaflets in close cooperation with external agencies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timelines.
* Lead new product launches and evaluate brand performance.
Requirements:
* Experienced in brand management and/or trade marketing of FMCG and mass consumption products.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communicator and excellent stakeholder management to engage with multi-disciplinary teams.
