What you'll do
* Ensuring the functionality, quality, and safety of buildings, taking environmental protection requirements into account; implementing owner/operator obligations as delegated by the Head of Property Management
* Managing leasing activities, preparing offers and contracts, and developing and evaluating usage concepts
* Coordinating the deployment of internal specialist departments and external service providers, as well as monitoring and approving services rendered
* Budgeting, cost controlling and optimization, and ensuring needs-based building documentation
* Providing functional leadership to the assigned property coordinators and ensuring customer-oriented operations
What makes you a good fit
* Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate management with leadership responsibility
* Knowledge of building operations with operator responsibility, occupational safety, environmental and fire protection, as well as other relevant standards
* Strong business administration and technical expertise
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in German and English
