The University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is a maximum care hospital with more than 1,300 beds. Our more than 9,000 employees take on tasks in research, teaching and patient care as well as in public health at the highest level. In the science ranking (LOMV) and in the economic result, the UKB is number 1 of the university hospitals in NRW and in 2021 had the third highest case mix index of the university hospitals in Germany.
The following full-time position (38.5 hours/week) is to be filled at the Institute of Hygiene at the University Hospital Bonn as soon as possible:
EUCIC Scientific secretary and training programme manager (m/w/d)
The position is available due the project until January 2027.
Organisation of EUCIC meetings
Preparation of agenda and drafting of minutes of the EUCIC SC meetings
Preparation of proposals / documentation / activities following SC indications
Supervision and organization of all projects involving EUCIC
Supervision and organization of educational activities involving EUCIC
Supervision of EUCIC projects in collaboration with other stakeholders
Supervision of the EUCIC training programme, the educational modules and collaboration with module organizers and with ESCMID for documentation
EUCIC budget management
Master degree in health or related fields or a medical or pharmaceutical degree or related fields
Preferably a minimum of two years of postgraduate clinical experience
English-fluent
Strong understanding of research methodologies
Evidence of project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
For the requirements of the position, applicant should be willing to relocate to Bonn, Germany
